What should I wear to a rebounding class?
Wear comfortable exercise clothes with grip socks for complete movement of feet & no tekkies/trainers or barefeet allowed.

How long are the classes?
Each session lasts 45 minutes, including warm-up and cool-down.

Do I need to bring my own rebounder and weights?
No, we provide high-quality rebounders and weights for all our sessions.

What do I need to bring to my class?
Please bring along a water bottle and towel.

Do I need experience to start rebounding?
Not at all. Our classes are designed for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced.

Is rebounding safe for joints?
Yes, it is low-impact, making it gentle on joints while still providing an effective workout.

Can I rebound when pregnant & how soon after giving birth?
Rebounding is an effective exercise method to increase pelvic floor and ab strength while pregnant, but should be cleared by your health care provider.
Your GP should give you the go-ahead and clearance after your 6-week check-up since giving birth.
